New Students Welcome Info & Frequently Asked Questions
E Komo Mai! Doors open 15 minutes before class. If you are running late, please take your time and we will see you when you get here. There is a ten-minute grace period after class begins (while we are still in the warm up section of Practice).
We invite New Students to take advantage of our New Student Special $50 for 30 days of Unlimited Yoga and check for yourself what the buzz is all about. Please register and pay for class HERE or arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class to register. While drop-ins are welcome, we do suggest you pre-register for class. Please make sure to sign in when you enter if you are not pre-registered, either with the front desk staff or self-check in iPad.
All of our classes are All Levels and New Students are welcome to any and all classes. The Power Yoga Practice is an adaptable Practice that meets you exactly where you are in the present moment. There are variations to amp it up and ease it back as desired. Please take care of yourself, and know that you are welcome to rest at any time. No experience necessary!
Please enter the Yoga Studio bare-foot and wear comfortable, non-see through, moisture-wicking clothes that you can stretch and sweat in. Bring a towel, water, & mat, if you have one. Mats & towels (both practice and bath towels) are available for rent, and purchase. There are two indoor heated showers in the studio for use after class.
Please arrive hydrated and stay hydrated during class, as you need. Electrolytes are essential when hydrating. Please be properly nourished and ready to Practice. While we recommend you have something in your stomach to sustain you through Practice, it is uncomfortable to Practice with a full belly.
Please inform instructor of any medical issues, injuries, pregnancy, etc.
